We analyze and review the tax structure for each individual and corporation. Every situation is different and requires special detail and attention to maximize all tax benefits available.
We understand our customers. Everyone has a different way of handling their business. Corporations are like families with children. Some children are studious and organized and some children are procrastinators and not detail oriented. Others can see the big-picture while some need help seeing that vision.
Regarding the March 15th Corporate tax Deadline, we do not have a one-size-fits-all mentality and do not treat everyone the same.
Some customers want pre-tax checklists, others would never read a checklist even if it had directions on them to find a pot of gold. As our business relationship evolves, we know who is who and how you want to handle things. It is perfectly fine with us if you are completely filed before March 15th or if you want to immediately be put on an extension.

We have many individual clients with jobs or small businesses who need to file their income taxes. A lot has happened in this politically charged world with government tax breaks and adjustments in how you pay taxes and get paid back. We will always get to the bottom of why something may be different from one year to another to either help avoid it happening again or on the positive side, figure out where the extra money came from.

We offer Bookkeeping and Payroll Services on a separate fee basis if that’s all you need.

Sometimes you just need a little extra help with the checkbook or annual tax returns.

We will work with other trusted advisors such as Certified Financial Planners and Estate Attorneys to make a complete estate plan that fits your needs.

We are authorized by the IRS and many states to E-File all tax returns.
